Judge - your last post is comical. You heard of Thorney Group? hmm - obviously some groups attempt to invest $4mill and don't do due diligence properly. Also, my understanding is, that if the shareholders vote for the Apex placement to be accepted, Apex "can't" pull out. Why do QTK actually need this $4mill?
