    The only announcements from Kronos lately are increasing prices in Europe and now the USA of their products. Maybe to fund this deal with APG. I have been burnt by APG before and am happy to wait until the deal is announced before I get on board. I know some VERY long term holders and wish you all the best of luck. Long may she rise!
