Hi Sasa,
In the initial proxy vote (there was no show of hands vote)

• the second strike was recorded
• The spill motion was defeated
• Cuthbertson was re-elected
• Hiller was voted out

There was a second vote which was run by Link services via voting cards at the meeting (never seen that before)where

• the second strike was successful 58.9% to 41.6%
• the spill was unsuccessful 41.3% to 58.63%
• Cuthbertson was re-elected 57.56% to 44.44%
• Hiller was re-elected 52.8% to 47.92%

I am quoting the percentage amounts from the lady from Link

When I get a chance I will write up some notes regarding the meeting if someone else does not do it first.
I will say I am still impressed by Colin and the work that Mike Smith is doing.
