    Based on exactly what are you recommending a buy.
    Nothing has changed in this company for 2 years, the share price has slipped from 22 to 6 with, and rarely has this been so true of a share price, absoltely NO support.
    I have an idea of all the 'facts' about the success of erms and arms or whatever the technology is, but why would anyone buy that stock now? I am very interested to hear.
