BY CONSENT, THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. The orders made on 9 May 2013 that the respondent is to file and serve its defence and any cross-claim by 14 June 2013 and the applicant is to file and serve any reply and defence to cross-claim by 5 July 2013 be vacated.
2. The respondent file and serve its defence and any cross-claim by 21 June 2013.
3. The applicant file and serve any reply and defence to cross-claim by 12 July 2013.

SPECULATION - assuming APG filed on or before last Friday (21 June) I find it interesting that on the following Tuesday 10 million or so APG shares changed hands after about 3pm. This MIGHT signify an upcoming positive move for APG. (And a leak of info, either accidental or deliberate).OR it could equally signify some churning before yet another pump and dump. Whichever way it goes it will be interesting. My position remains a 'hold'.
