They want to issue the shares to themselves where we (APG) will have to pay 1 cent per shares (free to themselves) and then will only pay 3.18 cent whenever they feel like it.

Now, where is the incentive for them to improve the sp when they will receive shares for free at 1 cent, and at the same time these shares will be below the current sp ??
The shares are going to be issued on the money already, and partly free as well.

As you said kwh, these shares should have an exercise price of at the very least 25 cents, so that all of us could benefit from that if the sp will ever reach those levels. Not just them.

To me, with all the shares that they already do own, that is nothing more than total greed, and possibly trying to gain control of the company as well at the same time, and for as little as possible.

As I said before, don't forget that they will only need to get 25% of the total proxies voted against the resolution to be put on notice.
