Wilcox, I believe they have taken the time to do this right. As of the agm it was running on 16 months then, with the deal "in the bag" by years end. Just a few more t's to cross and i's to dot so to speak. I'm by no means a corporate person but I do what I say I'm going to do when I say I'm going to do it.
As for the apg time piece, I added a month or two. Hell it's been 10 years for me now, whats a couple more months eh? So back to my point, they have had plenty of time (there words) to bring this ann forward imo. January counting down!!!
