Aphria have been selling AGH since August but only notified the ASX today - is this illegal?, page-2

Just checked timeframe of Aphria on market trades with announcement. they pretty much gave pressure on the market and start to offload small parcel equals to about 30% of the daily trades when the meeting of Peak acquisition has been finalized on 14 Oct. the off loads stop SP to go up and reach 70c + always open high and close low until 18 Oct and it’s the day that Peak acquisition officially completed. then the biggest drop happened on 21 Oct from 65c high to 59.5c close.

and we got announcement that Aphria would sell majority of their shares on 40c.


and just checked CR happened on 25Jul and completed on 31 Jul. not sure if those company or individual investors holds from 500k - 5m shares holders who bought at $1 off load on market by last couple of days trades because we had 14m shares have been traded by 2 days

however everything should be explained by Josh it must be some drama and conflicts between Althea and Aphria with Peak acquisition and the thing is they didn’t announce the issues with this acquisition and let the market falling like hell.
