Just my 2 cents for the people who said that they've overpaid for Peak.
Have you guys actually see the targets or you just saw that 30m is the total consideration.
3rd target is to have 25mil revenue and 12.5 ebitda. Wouldn't you want to own a company currently trading at 50 cents or even the ones that bought for 1 dollar.. I would, because the numbers are nice. If 2 and 3 targets are not achieved there won't be issuing of new shares just FYI.
