Aphria would not be selling out unless they thought the business they were invested in was not financially sound and profitable.

The fact that Aphria sold for such a low price and wanted to get out of Althea ASAP suggests that there was something else underlying in the business which they needed to disassociate themselves from.

Perhaps, this non-arms length transaction with Greg Battersby (former director of both Aphria and Althea) and $30m beneficiary of the capital raise @ $1.

All we cans say for sure, Aphria wanted out and they wanted out fast.
