How can the raise looks fraudulent? I would re-phrase what you said as smart. If anyone actually has worked in a business know that you use those opportunities when the stock is overvalued to your own benefit as well when it's not.
That is the same as you saying to me I am dodgy if I buy my favorite shampoo at half price but never buy it when it's full price. If you don't like the company sell the shares...
