That's right many IPO small caps have this type of CEO arrangement, I know a few, but don't want to cross-promote. They don't all do well, even though as you say the CEO will see his $$ holding drop. There's no magic wand.
Just out of interest, Josh had 50 Million of these shares from IPO in 2018, why didn't you get onboard then??
