    What is the game with API? Is it actually still looking to get Sigma (a good fit for API operations?)? or is it trying to increase the amount it may get for selling the 10% it holds in Sigma?

    If a successful bid is made for Sigma, will this push the SP up or down?

    As an ex-holder wanting yo jump back in after a few years watching from the sidelines, I am somewhat bemused and intrigued by the on and off merger saga so any insight from shareholders would be welcome.
