    Interesting observation in street talk in the AFR that APN has acquired 4.9% of OOH. Apparently market observers dont expect this is a precursor to a bidding war and was acuired shortly before the CHAMP bid. Wondering how this plays into any takeover offer if it is forthcoming from CHAMP or any other party for that matter?
