Yeh, I realised Katavi, what your expert mate said, 3 days ago, as i posted. In a market like this unless it is sort after like IPH or Medibank its not easy to avoid the Landmines in this case market might blow any day now! High dividend paying stocks like Spruson (IPH ) and (Healthcare) Medibank people see them as a place to park at times like this as they can get decent dividends. Usually reasonable to Low PE's. Spruson could have gone easily up to a PE of 15+. I expect that to deliver say 30% + in a matter of a week to fortnight from Listing. I always put my money where my mouth is! Cheers mate
