There's not a lot of evidence to base that on as our participation in all except one war since WW2 was courtesy of the Liberals. The exception, the First Gulf War, was over and done with qicker than all the rest.
Joining other peoples' wars is in the Liberals DNA, provided their own kids don't have to actually fight.
