I will run down the street naked if someone offers us 20c. Then I will go on a holiday overseas and celebrate there.

"Our SP has been frozen at 10c for quite a while now." What the? It's because the stock has been suspended for two years!

"...there must be some reason why they are still keeping EVM alive for 20 months now". Because the directors have a lot invested in the company? Because they are trying to get it relisted so they can mine shareholders and other dummies for more money so they can start getting paid their relatively large salaries compared to the size of the company again? Also, their salaries since they have stopped being paid are building up as debts to the company and hence debts to shareholders. They will want those debts repaid as the first order of business. The first order of business won't be 'how do we build a sustainable company with a growth path for the future to help unlock shareholder value' it will be 'how do I get the money I am owed for my large salary which I haven't been paid for two years'.

They were asked to take a haircut on their salaries at the last two AGMs. Have they done that yet? Has there been an announcement saying that due to the dire predicament of the company (having no money and no revenue) the directors have decided to take a pay cut as an act of good faith? No there has not! They have simply (as far as I know and as far as I can tell, based on the limited information released) continued building up debts to the company at the same remuneration levels as previously.

As I have previously said on several occasions, the company's salary bill is about $2 million per annum (from memory). This far outstrips the company's only source of income which was the Apollo licence fee which so far has generated $327,000 per annum. You don't need to be a maths whizz to realise this does not add up and that something needed to radically change - in this case it was the ASX suspending the company.

So if we get offered 20c (don't forget it will be minus all the company's debts, including the large salary bills that are adding up) I'll run down the street naked, go on an overseas holiday and the drinks can be on me after the next AGM.
