Hi Stumpy.I don't follow the logic with your answer to JUJU. The ASX should be informed of any information not made generally available to investors or public that may be deemed price sensitive,so they can make a judgement.In the interests of overloading,I doubt this presentation was submitted to the ASX,but based on your assumption that it was,and that therefore it was the ASX that deemed it not price sensitive information,why would Focus not be entitled to highlight the header with "FANTASTIC INTERSECTIONS AT APOLLO" as Juju suggested. If my understanding of the rules are correct,The ASX makes a decision on information received from the listed company,but I see nothing in the rules preventing a company from HIGHLIGHTING part or all of that information deemed non-price sensitive by the ASX if the listed company concerned sees it differently.
