As I posted earlier this has been a real learning process for me and I think will help significantly in the future.

A quick thumb nail sketch in case its helpful:

- I did a lot of research on NEN before I jumped in;
- I work in the industry and invest only in O&G (in the past!!)
- at that time (5 months ago), 2 current drills with lots of potential, free carry, enough cash etc. My prime consideration was that if one well didnt come off the other could carry

- Well time moves on of course
- wells delayed by weather etc etc, then the tests started to come in
- I cant remember who it was that posted last week and said they had sold off because with 120 a bust it was just too risky
- My main takeaway here is that if your reason for holding changes (ie my case 2 prospects) then you need to seriously re-evaluate. In my case if I had considered this hard enough I should have concluded that the risk profile was now unacceptable
- I also agree with the comments above concerning touch points into the company - whilst comforting at the time, now proven to be worth jack.
