It is the announcement that we haven't had yet that I am waiting for. Note that CNP announced that they would not be having a distribution this year. No surprise. Usually both CER and CNP make an announcement at about the same time. Maybe, just maybe, no announcemt so far in this regard means that the matter has not been resolved as yet. Maybe there IS one on the way. Now THAT would break the silence.
