apologise costello

Peter Costello has been asked to apologise for his part in the ruination of innocent directors lives. I personally think they have a good case for massive compensation payouts from the federal government, another burden to be borne by the Gillard government.

"Given the harmful effect of the proceedings on the lives of the former Hardie non-executive director defendants Messrs Lucy and D'Aloisio and perhaps in part even former federal treasurer Costello, who presumably had a hand in funding ASIC's case, owe apologies,"

James Hardie spent more than $20 million on the case, including paying some of the legal bills for its former directors and executives.
