It seems like you're trying to find ways to make the company look bad.... even if it means distorting the facts.
An outlook statement is that the company broadly hopes to meet that time, but doesn't expect to be bound by the statement.
Any suggestion that they are so bound, or are in breach of trust is just nonsense, quite frankly.
