Why would I go back to look a posts from years ago when this is about something new and unrelated to covid

This is what I believe a vaccine to be and obviously so does WHO
So why in this case do they call it a vaccine when clearly it is a treatment
Even the article you put up doesn't seam to mention that it is used as a prevention, but it does mention treatment
Why would I go back to look a posts from years ago when this is...
