Set out below are the answers to the matters raised by Hot Copper.
I can confirm that the Alternate Directors are working separately from the CPSA, in fact the CPSA had no knowledge of any of the matters raised until they received communication by email and express post.
Due to the lack of an available alternate method the purpose of asking people to send to the email address of [email protected] was to assist shareholders with receiving information directly from the Alternate Directors.
Nothing more than that, and no one other than I is in possession of any the email addresses.
The Alternate Directors only seek to inform shareholders and certainly not obtain any information for any illegal purpose.
It also allowed shareholders to seek answers and receive possible answers to questions they may not feel comfortable with by posting on Hot Copper.
I have also been asked to ensure that people when communicating by email above DO NOT supply any HIN.
