    Apology to Mr Michael Carrick

    On or about 22 April 2019, I posted to the Hot Copper web site as 'Freefall' a post under the thread, “Pipiro & BRA fully behind SMLOLA, RTG & Miriori”, in which I made a statement concerning you.

    The statement I made in the post was seriously defamatory of you and false and I had no basis to make such a statement.

    I sincerely apologise for the damage, distress and embarrassment caused to you. I unreservedly retract my statement.

    I undertake to refrain in the future from making directly or indirectly any false or defamatory statements regarding you or RTG of the same, or similar nature, to any party.
