    See COE ann 24th. Someone even trying to spill that board. But probably not Zeta related. lol.

    Wonder if COE will commit to a new 'watertight' 50% JV agreement on those Romanian assets given all the uncertainty? An agreement that cannot be abrogated should COE be wound up and have it's assets sold off as it seems one shareholder intends.
