The agreement is supposed to have catch clauses so that the Zeta deal cannot go ahead unless COE funding is guaranteed.
I hope that is the case or we will get a huge dilution for absolutely zip. But I guess the proof will be in the pudding in a few months time , but by then there will be nobody to hold to account.
One would hope that we would be notified the moment a clause is voided even if the counterparty thinks it could re-negotiate. But it could take many months given the state of COE.
Cant quite understand how KEY management can change in any way until the Zeta deal is absolutely bulletproof. What am I missing?
