Disclosure rules were CLEARLY Broken, BYR announced this to the market withholding results for 2 months(12th of may 2011), BYR thought the results were NOT material,well the market had a very different view on whats material and whats not and smashed BYR down to 5c.
Was BYR management right or was the market right on the very simple notion of were the results material or not?????????????????????????
I know where my vote lies and its clearas day that the market spoke extremely loud when it saw the so called NON material results as expressed by BYR on the 12th of May 2011 response to ASX query.
BYR was 39.5c on teh 3rd of march the day BYR knew the results in full for hole #1, the share price was decimated to 5.4con these so called NON MATERIAL results.
This would have to be the joke of the century.
