I now realize I have made various allegations which contain defamatory comments in relation to the directors and senior management of TFS Corporation Ltd (TFS) – Mr Frank Wilson, Mr Stephen Atkinson, Mr Ronald Eacott, Mr Adam Gilchrist, Mr Julius Matthys and Mr Quentin Megson.

I now accept that I should not have published the allegations which were defamatory, without foundation and false.

I sincerely apologise for the damage, distress, embarrassment and prejudice that I have caused to Mr Wilson, Mr Atkinson, Mr Eacott, Mr Gilchrist, Mr Matthys and Mr Megson as a result of my conduct.
I retract, unreservedly, the allegations which I made.”
