With the USA, in GOOGLE PLAY, World Phone seems to be up 20 places on just 2 weeks ago.

As you say, GG, in India and the USA, at least in iOS, World Phone has now been inside the top 10 for months, not weeks, or days.
According to App Annie, a sure sign an App has been accepted.

The move up in Google Play rankings seems to be proof the Anroid version is catching on too.
It has only been out 2 months.

NOR now needs to get some of the proposed add ons out there, to keep the momentum building.
