So...you had s frustrating experience with the lost credit. You feel it more deeply because you are a shareholder and have money invested.I have had bad customer service experiences with the biggest of brands and companies thinking to myself how can you guys still be in business if you run it like this. Fact is all those companies big and small are still in business. This is a start up and will need to tweek and tweek some more until they can cope with the demand. It's to be expected. No big deal. Software development can be a tricky time consuming and labour intensive activity. I think we need to curb the over reactions until this think really plays out this year.
