I am personally very experienced with major online applications and infrastructure. A crash like this was likely caused by one of the following: 1) stunningly higher demand than anything forecast. If true, I would expect a company announcement today. 2) poor infrastructure design. I truly hope not. 3) the app itself failed and what they did was reboot the system but have yet to figure out what happened. I hope not. So while I love this business, the news flow around what actually happened is critical as is transparency on the issue itself. One failure however does not make or break a business here. Repeated failures would be cause for great alarm. I am expecting this to be an isolated case. SP is in a stupid place. If you believe long term, great buying opportunity.
