I don't see it that high.
I would think max 15-20℅ on http web data with repeated content and white space, plus the other error correction tricks.
And max 0-5℅ on https and video/audio, unless they are forcing video/audio to connect at lower but rates which I personally don't count as a saving due to the quality loss, and the ease of doing this yourself in YouTube for ecample.
Still a not insignificant amount if chewing GB a month.
