I hope that the lower upfront costs for councils with GeminEye gets sensen to increase their recurring fees.

Lower upfront and higher recurring models is the way forward and will really put the afterburners on this business. A stronger recurring revenue structure will give more investors the confidence to buy into Sensen, especially with the long lead times between council sign ups.

It will also be a much lower perceived risk for councils with a lower investment, so hopefully the lead time and conversion rate head into the right directions.
