There is a reason this is at 3.5c. if the app was available and already creating interest and money do you not think it would be valued a lot higher. Those who are waiting in the wings for this thing to be proven and a hit might not be able to afford many shares when they finally invest. Isn't that the nature of investing in a spec stock? For me if everything goes right this has massive potential, that is why I am invested. A few days or weeks to wait for release is not going to change my thinking.
