They don't need a trading halt to launch the app, I would say just an announcement to indicate the app is going live at **** time, or to say it is now live. If it has 1-5m downloads on day 1-3 you could expect the share price to run higher.
Surprised they do not have a countdown on their website, nothing to do with the stock specifically just to build tension and hype for those interested in downloading the app, maybe the exact time is not finalized or it is up to google or apple when it goes live, so they only know the day.
Maybe someone with more experience of app launches can inform on that?
