Up until my current overseas travels, I have not had any issues with using flexiroam's esim. However right now my plan has dropped to 0.45mbs for the past 2 days, & the support has all but disappeared. My unlimited data plan is basically useless, so I now have to rely on local wifi services.
What is more worrying is that if this is where Flexiroam's level of support sits for other users, then this company will fail.
i am seriously rethinking my investment.
What a lousy user experience, sadly
