    You are correct, just did a little research on this. Eli Lilly has succeeded in suing Perrigo for patent infringement of Axiron in June, 2013. http://www.iniplaw.org/2013/06/eli-lilly-sues-perrigo-for-pat.html#more
    Does this also suggest this product is popular, and the sale is not going to drop even with the impact of labeling enforced by FDA, and the currently SP is undervalued.
