Central American Nickel has signed an agreement with Impact Global Solutions to do the processing for the Nickel that they wanted the NAL plant for, I don't believe they would have signed an agreement if they believed they had any chance at success. Also no write ups in any of the news rags about an appeal, I think they may have been advise by their legal team to drop it.
