Of course SMM have lodged their appeal....as if they were ever not going to....
They will go the full hog as this case provides precedent which has implications for their other land (banking) holdings...
Bring it on.....short term not great for share price...but at least we move to final stage of appeal......next step whether they grant appeal application....way past speculating whether will be granted or not.....now settling in for long haul as compared to last time long haul will be a much shorter journey.....as odds all in axioms favour....
