Appeal by SMM, page-31

lets just hope axiom and the government also attack smm for misrepresentation they never intended to ever process nickel on the solomons all product would have went to the Philippines employing cheap labour.
hopefully Axiom will soon get their costs as this is a requirement of any appeal and that the appeal not not allow for any injunctions to axiom for continuing to develop.
my information is at 4 pm today no appeal had been lodged as yet.
