Tez, shares were only recently issued for the conversion of a debt loan of 5 mil at 1.2 c. If appeal is dragged out longer than a short time then possibly expect more capital raisings to finance drilling/court costs etc. if appeal is successful then payout for court fees by smm should help avoid further share dilution.
