    My gut feelings says SMM have a trump card on this one and AVQ team made millions in this drama till date on the expense of loyal SHs like many of us e.g. Issuing shares @ .30 when the price was.35 also Smm are not stupid to drag this long and spend money if they know they will loose.

    Again just my view. DYOR.
