Exactly Riijkard, If there was even a rumour or whiff of something coming out of the Court room there would have been a significant ie 15%-25% spike (positive or negative).

Looks like nervous holders selling ( and being bought up I might add). without much change in SP.

To be honest even a Longer Term holder like myself am tempted to sell and pocket my profits.... Must force myself to act with reason and not emotion....
