This statement says it all...... You cannot win an appeal unless you have something new that was not covered in the original court hearing.
The Onus is on SMM with the allocated time to prove why the decision should be over turned.
otherwise, the appeal will be dismissed and the original decision will hold.
I am confident it will be thrown out for SMM to pack their bags and go home for good.
