It took nearly 2 yrs for one judgement to be handed down. The judge even said he didn't bother cause he thought it wasn't relevant anymore! The courts aren't in a hurry when it comes to giving judgements. Two or three months at least if you want to be really optimistic.

1./ 40% of ACE at the average sp value taken over 2mths. If that's not giving the company away, I don't know what is.

2./ Nobody can give you a value of the company as the board has decided that we are not entitled to know the size of the deposits. So much for their disclosure obligation to shareholders!
