that's an interesting point. I'd be surprised (and somewhat saddened)if it takes months. Surely the capacity of these 3 learned men to absorb material received over 2 days is not a month long issue? The cost of that decision process would be just short of breathtaking.

I see the Mansfiled orders were issued March 2012 and published 4 April 2012. The dates of hearings were 4 March 2011, 12 May 2011 and 31 August 2011... certainky a long time between drinks!!!

If I had to have a guess I would suggest late this month ; early next month on the basis that they need to review historical evidence, recent submissions and the original judgement. It is a review by exception rather than a fact building / discovery process...

May be a little tooo optimistic but I live in hope!
