    Sludge, again, I agree. Communication is poor. The first we heard of today's hearing was in the quarterly(?) announcement. I would've thought that "due to shareholder interest", it deserved its own announcement as soon as management were notified.

    I'll refuse to question how they spend their 38 hours a week though.
