Yes the CoA appeal did proceed.
One of the Justices was unwell on Tuesday so the Court commenced on Wednesday and sat through Thursday and finished this morning. I would not expect ANY market announcement until the Court has released its decision.
In fact, I would thinkcomment by any of the parties at this stage would be unwise and may earn the displeasure of the Court.
