If so, then why the heck would she invite the councillor's to include legal opinion after the dedicated close off date? Without question the whole process was just shambolic.
Talk about their moment in the spotlight. I cannot wait to read of an appeal, and thanks for your appeal document you posted, I guess we will know sometime in the next 8 weeks, if I interpreted the document correctly.
